CAST Jason Goodreau – Jason has worked in virtually all aspects of theatrical performance and production with Springfield area arts organizations including the Hoogland, STC, Muni, Theater in the Park, Roxy Theatricals, and the Legacy Theater. Co-founder of ADHD Productions, Jason is returning to the company from a three year hiatus after completing his Masters of Education at the University of Cambridge in the UK where he also helped produce shows and performed with several theatrical groups including the Gilbert and Sullivan Society and the renowned Cambridge Footlights. Jason currently resides in St. Louis where he works as a Director of Information Technology and also coaches Tier 1 hockey with the St. Louis AAA Blues. Megan Beatrice Louise Francis - Megan is very excited to join this fantastic group of people in the endeavor to save the short tailed squirrel. Since 2007 the short tailed squirrel population has been threatened due to drive-by nutting. Besides being socially ostracized, the short tailed squirrels are disadvantaged, their balance comprised by their short tail. In the cut throat world of treetop real estate, the 'long tails' have gained the edge by banning together. Using their enhanced balance, the 'long tails' surround a lone short tailed squirrel, bounding from limb to limb, the 'long tails' pelt their disadvantaged brother with nuts, disorienting them until they lose their balance and tragically fall to their death. You can help these poor abused creatures by sponsoring your own short tailed squirrel. With your help, a short tailed squirrel has a chance at a normal existence. Your gift will provide a lucky short tailed squirrel with its very own prosthetic tail extender and state of the art protective head gear. As a token of appreciation, you will receive a photo of the short tailed squirrel you sponsor. Please, help save the short tailed squirrels today! Connor McNamara – Connor has told us this is the way his bio goes. He was born, he lived, he was cast. Connor is excited to wear clothing on stage. Connor is the President, CEO and co-founder of the DAYWALKER SOCIETY. Johnny Molson – Johnny is co-host of Molson and Josie on ALICE @97.7. He recently performed as Potiphar in HCFTA’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and as the Wizard in Muni’s The Wizard of Oz. Other Acting credits include Vice Principal Doug Panch in STC’s 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. He has appeared in productions of Chicago, Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some), It’s A Wonderful Life – A Live Radio Play, Ragtime, Guys and Dolls in Concert at HCFTA, as well as ADHD Production’s DANGER: Adult Content II (Dirty Words). Shirley Patterson-McGlennon - Shirley is thrilled to be joining the cast of DAC and ecstatic to wear a dog collar. Apparently the collar thing was on her bucket list. This is her third theater gig in 10 months so in her spare time she likes to drive back and forth to her actual job sleep, and brush her teeth. She prays the nuns back in grade school who felt the need to comment on the back of her report card “apparently Shirley believes she’s in school to entertain” were correct. She would like to thank her family for driving her nuts (which helps in this instance) her friends for putting up with the nonstop stupid comments about how much fun this has been on Face book and texts, and whoever created beer. She one day hopes to become either a trophy wife or ballerina. Nathan Peak – Nathan is a relatively new face in Springfield theater, but is no novice. His first performance was as a chorus member in West Side Story in 2006 (JTG) and from there he kept his schedule booked with shows, performing as a featured singer in It's a Grand Night for Singing (JTG), Schroeder in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (ACTT), Abner in Lil' Abner (TIP), Curly in Oklahoma! (JTG), Ren and Chuck in Footloose (JHS, 2007/JTG, 2011, respectively), and most recently, Riff-Raff in The Rocky Horror Show - Live (ADHD Productions, 2011). Nathan studied Vocal Performance with an emphasis on Classical/Opera at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ. He toured nationally with the Westminster Concert Bell Choir and performed with the Westminster Symphonic Choir at Carnegie Hall performing John Adams' "El Niño" under the direction of John Adams. He would like to say that the bar is meant for drinking and would love for you to utilize it as such. Larry Smith - Larry's past is shrouded in mystery... and by mystery we mean scotch. Occasionally flashes of memories come back. Images of bar floors. Living room floors. Bus station floors. Kindergarten classroom floors. The floor of the Vatican. At seven years of age he checked into rehab and was released from the six-month program in only five years. Upon his return into society, he formed the greatest The New Monkees cover band that Sheep Fister, England, had ever seen. The group toured the local opium dens and manure distributors (manure being the primary currency of Sheep Fister, this was quite an honor) for the next 23 1/3 months before Larry's bandmates were killed in a freak accident during an exploding knife juggling contest. This changed Larry forever. For the next several years he traveled the earth righting wrongs with his very slow tai-chi moves David Carradine had taught him...David Carradine taught him a lot of things...there was this one time when he and David...never mind...the rest of this story isn't even suitable for Danger: Adult Content. Nicole Sylvester – Nicole came into existence after a particularly stormy Casmir Pulaski Day in 1997. Though she does enjoy the ease of emo-inspired, all-black ensembles, Nicole is ecstatic not to be exiled to the dark corners of backstage. She plans to bask in the warm, sweet spotlight until the local Executioner comes to sweep her off the stage. Nicole enjoys historical reenactments of famous kickball matches, baking road kill tarts, and learning to play air-keytar, though this proves difficult, as she does not actually own one. Mac Warren – Mac wants you to come see AVENUE Q at the Hoogland Center for the Arts on March 2-4, or 9-11, 2012. He also takes the blame for only HALF of ADHD PRODUCTIONS, but takes full blame for the yearly transsexual alien visits to Springfield, “I don’t know… they just show up every year! Get off my back!” He’d like to tell Mike Warren to GFY, and sends a shout out to Irish Mac, Starbucks, salad and Guinness for being such positive influences in his life. He would like to thank CW, AW1, AW2 and the soon to be born B3 for their love and support. Mary Young - Mary wants you to know that her hobbies are weight lifting, cracker-eating contests and creating false profiles on Facebook. Some of her favorite roles include “Marian” in “The Music Man”, “Truvy” in “Steel Magnolias” and “Beatrice” in Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing”. She’s never actually played any of these parts…she just thinks they’re neat. Mary hopes to someday become a hoody Ninja.
